It's been a while and I have no idea how time passed...
Running
- Regular runs from 6km to 10km. Not too consistent with long runs as I wished, mainly due to some weekends were occupied by classes (which are good block mode), but then you go to work the next day totally not rested. I have an upcoming uni 4k run this Friday, I'm looking forward to it.
Reading
- I finished Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and also The Prisoner of Azkaban, and The Order of Phoenix. Feeling like a child again to be honest, remembering the summer I first read the 5th book. It was a bit dark for me then, and I never really understood the last two movies anyways, so am trying to binge read the series, and also taking a break from Sanderson, haha. I found the British version of the 3rd book at a second hand bookstore near my uni.
- I went to several bookstores and saw the new English translation of Olga Tokarczuk's Prawiek i inne czasy (《太古和其他的时间》 / Primeval and Other Times). I read the Chinese translation a few years ago and really loved the book. I want to read the Eng version some time, but the new book would cost $35. So let's wait...
- Reading the Chinese translation of All the Young Dudes on AO3, a really well written HP Marauder's era fan-fic. I first found out this cute animation of the first chapters, and went into reading the fan-fic novel itself. It's been translated into many languages, so I am reading the translated version just so it's less effort for me.
- 读了赫塔·米勒的《每句话都坐着别的眼睛》，之前总是看到推荐，说文笔绝了。我感觉没有特别喜欢，而且已经读过蛮多二战创伤文学，比如杜布拉夫卡·乌格雷西奇和托卡尔丘克，所以就觉得这本虽然文字比喻非常精准，但是内容没什么共鸣。
- 读了 Ursula Le Guin 的博客文章合集《无暇他顾》。虽然非常喜欢勒古恩，但是因为已经看过她的博客，所以对这一本感觉比较一般。挺喜欢里面讲文学的那几篇，猫咪那些直接看博客能看到图片，所以感觉合集版没什么特别的。
Watching
- Vision Quest, I forgot about the plot of Wanda Vision, but liked this show anyways. Haven't seen a Marvel TV for such a long time.
- I was suddenly into vampires, and re-watched Vampire Hunter D, so good. Watched The Love Hypothesis movie, Finding Emily (cute) and Sterling Point.
Knitting
Finished the Ranunculus Tee and it turns out really nice and elegant.
Started the Isabel Top with KFO's Pure Silk summer yarn. It's going to be a slow project with all that lace going on. Already confused myself a couple of times.
LEGO
Perfect age for some LEGO... I bought the Hogwarts Castle and Ground set and finished in about 4 days. Had so much fun with it, while listening to the audio book of the Prisoner of Azkaban.
And after that I got the Burrow Collector's edition during a MYER sale, pretty good deal. I don't want to finish building it, what I am gonna do once I'm done? I wish I can wipe my memory and do it again...
